1-What are the differences between us and other agents?

Firstly, we have been engaged in the trade agency of lighting fixtures since 2016, and have rich practical experience and comprehensive knowledge in the field of lighting fixtures. We are well aware of our customers' needs and the various doubts and issues faced in the lighting procurement process. We know what we are doing and how to do it, so we can provide you with comfortable lighting trade agency services. Directly connected to high-quality factories in industrial belts such as Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Foshan in Guangdong, the procurement cost of lighting fixtures can be 5-15% lower than the market price. Secondly, as your partner in China, our aim is to strive for the ultimate result for our customers; Maintain a serious and responsible work attitude, communicate humorously, handle flexibly, provide professional services, and serve customers with a partner's mindset. With us as your partner in China, you can feel more relaxed and secure when dealing with Chinese manufacturers.


2-Are you an agent or a manufacturer?

We are professional trade and sourding agents and do not have our own  factory,  which allows us to have more time and energy to provide better trade agency work for our clients.

However, we have factories with deep cooperation that can provide you with products of the same quality but at prices lower than the market norm.


3-What lighting products do you mainly export?

Our main exports are indoor chandeliers, wall lamps, table lamps, floor lamps, tube lamps, spotlights, light strips, outdoor wall lamps, lawn lamps, light strings, as well as floodlights and street lamps. There are also some special decorative lighting fixtures, such as night lights, projection lights, advertising lights, and so on.


4-As a trade agent, which regions do you export to?

Our current main export countries and regions are Poland, Albania, Kosovo, Germany, Poland, Belgium, the United States, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Bangladesh, and Maldives.


5-Before shipping goods, do you arrange quality inspection? 

The inspection work before shipment is essential and the most important step. And we will send inspection photos and any issues found for each style to the customer. Ensure that the supplier solves the problem before arranging the shipment work. Because suppliers are bound to encounter problems, big or small.

The inspection mainly includes: packaging, internal packaging, labeling, color, scratches, matching and missing accessories, inspection of functionality, power, and color temperature, inspection of waterproof accessories for outdoor lights, and inspection of certification marks.


6-Do you organize shipping groupage?

Because the customer faces many suppliers and has multiple batches of goods. Our job includes to gather goods from different suppliers into one container in Zhongshan. Or merge different suppliers’ goods into one bulk cargo and send it to the freight warehouse in Shenzhen or Guangzhou.


7-Do you offer any support for the organization of visits in China (for fair, supplier factory visit, etc.)?

Yes, most suppliers are concentrated in Zhongshan, with a small number in Foshan and Guangzhou. We provide accompanying services to exhibitions and suppliers, especially for customers who purchase a wide variety of lighting fixtures. They have different requirements for different lamps, so personnel to accompanying and recording the requirements is better to avoid major errors.


8-We have some indirect suppliers; sometimes our agency ships items on behalf of these indirect suppliers. Do you offer this kind of service? Would you use the same invoice heading and bank information for both service and goods invoices?

Our existing customers also operate in this way.Unified payment will be made to our USD bank account, and we will then pay for RMB to the suppliers. Use our company's header to ship, create BL and invoices, and facilitate the customer's financial personnel to prepare bills.
