Guidelines for epidemic prevention and control of passengers going to China——

1、 Remote detection: carry out nucleic acid detection or antigen detection (including self-test with reagent kit) within 48 hours before boarding. Only those with negative results can come to China, and those with positive results should go to China after turning negative.

2、 Customs declaration: After obtaining the negative result of nucleic acid test, the user can use the WeChat applet "Customs Passenger Fingertip Service", and hold the Shanghai Customs APP or web page（ https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn ）Fill in the Exit/Entry Health Declaration Card of the People's Republic of China for declaration.

3、 Airlines do not need to check the nucleic acid test certificate and antigen test results before boarding.

4、 Epidemic prevention on board: please wear masks and personal protection during the flight to reduce the risk of infection.

5、 Entry quarantine: After arriving at the port, complete the necessary customs clearance procedures with the customs health declaration code. The customs will carry out sampling inspection according to a certain proportion, and test the personnel with abnormal health declaration or fever and other symptoms. If the test result is positive, the person shall be isolated at home or residence or be treated according to the notice. If the result is negative, the customs shall carry out routine quarantine in accordance with the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law and other laws and regulations. Those with normal health declaration and normal routine quarantine at the port can enter the society.
